Every child deserves to learn: our 2026 appeal for border learning centres
After three years and 16 centres, we are raising funds again for non-formal learning centres that house and teach displaced and underserved youth in northern Thailand.
Non-formal learning centres along the border do more than teach. Many also house the children they serve — migrant, stateless and refugee youth, and Thai children in communities that public schools do not reach.
With UNESCO, True Plookpanya and Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, this year’s appeal funds the same four things centres keep asking for: educational content, learning materials, technology, and repairs to the buildings children learn and sleep in.
